Returns
Policy
If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return by Express Post properly packaged & state
whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note, items
must be
returned in
the original packaging within 7 days of receipt
of your order to receive an exchange or refund.
Exchanges or
credit
note apply after 7 days.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. There is
no refund or exchange on custom orders or bespoke orders
as these are specially commissioned items
tailor made to the individual & cannot be re-sold.
Items returned after
a wedding or special occasion cannot be refunded or exchanged or credited
In the unusual circumstance where an item is found to be
faulty, please return
and refunds
will cover the cost of
the item & all postage costs.
