How can I order?
I
love to see customers in person at my studio in Rosanna where
we can sit and design your jewellery just for your special occasion
and complete your order that way or if you can't make it to my studio
why not use the online shopping cart.
To
order a jewellery piece please use the our shopping cart by
clicking the Add to Cart button for each jewellery
piece
you would like to buy. We use Paypal for processing transactions and it is
a fast free secure payment method.

you can use our Order Form to
submit your order.
Alternatively if you feel unsure please email your
order or call us.
Please note the name of the jewellery piece and your requirements
with your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All
orders are handcrafted specially to order and take approximately
1 week to make plus postage time by Express Post. If an item
is in stock it will be dispatched within two business
days. You will be emailed to let you know when your order has
been sent.
During
high wedding season, orders can take a little longer due to demand
but you will be notified of your delivery date.
Rush orders can sometimes be done.
Just let
us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your rush
request.
Remember to allow plenty of time for your order.
We get really busy
in peak wedding season - August through to April - so please give us as much
notice as you can.
What is your returns policy?
If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return by Express Post properly packaged & state whether
you would like a refund or exchange. Please note, items must
be returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt
of your order to receive an exchange or refund. Exchanges or
credit note apply after 7 days.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. There is no
refund or exchange on custom orders or bespoke orders as these
are specially commissioned items
tailor made to the individual & cannot be re-sold. Items returned after
a wedding or special occasion cannot be refunded or exchanged or credited
In the unusual circumstance where an item is found to be faulty,
please return and refunds will cover the cost of the item & all
postage costs.
Wear
& care of your jewellery
We
want you to enjoy your jewellery for a long time. To preserve
the life of your handcrafted jewellery, always wear it gently
& avoid catching your jewellery pieces to avoid breakages. We
recommend storing your jewellery piece away from light & air
& purfumes & sprays to keep the jewellery looking as new as
when you purchsed it.
Can I customize my order?
Shacara Beaded Jewellery also welcomes made to order commissions.
Most jewellery pieces can be made
in most of the Swarovski Crystals, pearls or gemstones that are available.
Do you offer a design service?
A
full bespoke jewellery design service is also available,
enabling the bride to custom design her jewellery
ensemble for all the wedding party in one place.
How
do I pay for custom design or bespoke orders?
A
50% deposit (non re-fundable) is required upon agreement
to place a jewellery order. Payment may be made by direct
bank deposit, cheque, money order or credit card. Funds must
clear if paying by
cheque
or direct deposit before
work commences on your order.
Is
your online payment system secure?
Shacara
uses Paypal which is a fast free secure way of doing online
payments. We never see your private details and you
will receive an email when your payment has been processed.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes
we do but please contact us first if you are outside Australia. Our
shopping cart currently is set up for online orders from
Australia only. We will be adding the facility
to accept online international payments in the near future.
Please email us for offline payment methods for international
orders.
